We are extremely pleased to announce the successful launch of the operational work for
"The Charitable Soup Kitchen" project. The first day was filled with effort and giving, transforming the generous support into a tangible reality on the ground.
1. Implementation Phases on Day One
Kitchen Preparation: Our team started work in the early morning hours after completing the setup of the kitchen with all the equipment recently purchased.
Cooking Process: The preparation of the hot meals was carried out with high efficiency and according to health standards, focusing on the quality and nutritional value of the food.
Meal Distribution: The distribution teams headed toward the areas where displaced families are gathered, focusing on delivering assistance to the most vulnerable families.
2. Results and Initial Impact
Completed Output: On this first day, we were able to prepare and distribute 200 complete hot meals.
Impact Assessment: The provision of these meals had a profound and immediate positive impact on the beneficiary families. We witnessed the deep appreciation of the families for this support, given the harsh circumstances that prevent them from accessing nutritious food.
3. Next Steps
Work at the soup kitchen will continue at the same pace daily. Over the coming days, we plan to gradually increase the quantity of meals, while enhancing supply chains, to cover a greater number of families who have recently arrived in neighboring displacement areas.
